WILL MY NEW METAL CARD WORK?

Of course. Your new metal card will work just like your original card. Note that if your current card has “tap-to-pay” this feature will not be available on your new metal card. All tap-to-pay services will have to made from your enabled smart device(s).

IS THE PROCESS SAFE?

Yes! Metalcrdz takes the utmost care of your financial safety. No information is retained from your original card. Metalcrdz recommends that you secure your current card and account(s) with you financial provider prior to shipping to us. Metalcrdz DOES NOT record any personal data or account data. The equipment used to create your customized card does not have the means to retain any digital data it simply transfers from Card A to Customize Card B.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY NEW CARD?

Send us your plastic card and we will notify you once this is received via email. We recommend using Express Shipment to that tracking is available to you. Once your plastic card is received we will begin processing of your new custom card and it will be ready for return shipment within 1-2 days. You will receive both your original plastic card and the new customer card back via your preferred shipping method.

We ship everywhere the global carriers support; basically everywhere – globally.

COVID?

Please be aware that shipping times may vary due to the current conditions with COVID-19. We will do our best to advise you of any delays prior to shipping if new or differing messages have been received by the shipping carriers.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer complimentary Express shipping within the continental United States. See shipping methods in the checkout process if your card will be shipped internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands.

CHOOSE A DESIGN?

Your imagination is the limit. In the design phase you will need to upload your desired image, logo or artwork. Need some inspiration – navigate to our gallery to stimulate your imagination.. Feel free to contact us at info@metalcrdz.com with questions. Once you have completed the design process you will simply upload your image or logo to our website. A vector file or transparent background is preferred. Metalcrdz will provide a rendering of your card for approval prior to processing. You are solely responsible for the content that you select and upload. Metalcrdz does not assume liability for copyright and trademark infringements.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any logos or designs do not infringe on any copyrights.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE ON THE CARD?

Yes. Metalcrdz offers insurance for the card(s). The cost of the insurance is $75 for two years up to two replacement cards. This will cover lost or stolen cards and bank re-issued cards. Please ensure that you select the insurance option in the checkout process. There is a $25 shipping and handling fee for each occurrence for continental United States orders and $50 for international orders including Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico.

WILL MY CARD WORK IN ALL MACHINES?

It is not recommended to use metal cards in full insertion machines. Your new custom metal card is heavier than the typical plastic card, due to the additional weight some full insertion machine’s may face difficulty ejecting the card. We recommend you only use partial insertion devices (where you can always access your card with your fingers). If the card gets stuck then you can simply pull it back out of the machine.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Contact your bank immediately. This is a real card and must be treated with the same respect as your bank supplied card.
